Netrcol Fluxer bot

Autorole

Give every new Fluxer member a role automatically on join, with support for several roles at once and an optional delay before they are applied.

Topics: autorole, join, role

Netrcol assigns roles when a new member or bot joins your server. Configure it in Dashboard → Autorole and enable the system.

Member roles

Choose up to 20 roles for new human members. You can leave this list empty if you only want to assign roles to bots.

Bot roles

Under Join Behavior → Bot roles, choose one option:

OptionBehavior
Exclude botsBots receive no autoroles. This is the default.
Use member rolesBots receive the same roles as human members.
Use separate bot rolesA Bot Roles list appears. New bots receive only these roles, without the member roles.

The separate bot list supports up to 20 roles. Leaving it empty gives bots no roles; there is no fallback to member roles. Switching options keeps the saved bot list so you can use it again later.

Existing settings keep their behavior: the old “Assign roles to bots too” option becomes Use member roles when enabled and Exclude bots when disabled.

Delay and notifications

The Assignment delay (0–600 seconds) and optional log channel apply to both lists. Logs report assigned and failed roles.

Save your changes to apply them to future joins only. Existing members and bots keep their roles. Disabling the autorole system stops both lists.

Permissions

Netrcol needs Manage Roles, and its highest role must be above every role it assigns. Integration-managed roles and @everyone cannot be selected. Check Permissions & Roles if roles are not assigned.

Chat commands

!autorole 123456789012345678 987654321098765432
!autorole disable

The first command enables autorole and replaces the member role list. The second disables the whole system. Both preserve your bot role settings; configure those in the dashboard.
