Build an emoji without opening a design tool
Start from an icon or upload your own image, then set the background, shape and effects until it looks right. Text can be added in its own tab, and a randomise button gives you a starting point when you have none. Undo, redo and reset are there while you experiment.

Export a 128px PNG, a 512px PNG or an SVG. You can also copy the image to the clipboard or copy a link to it. Everything comes out sized and ready to use as a custom emoji.

The Animate tab applies an effect such as spin, bounce or pulse and renders a looping GIF. Animated designs export as GIF rather than PNG or SVG, because that is the format a moving emoji needs.

If your server has Netrcol, sign in and open the add-to-server dialog, then pick a server where you can manage emojis. Netrcol uploads the emoji for you, so there is no download, no file to find and no upload step on the other side.

One: design the emoji in Netmoji, or upload an image you already have. Two: give it a name, since that is what people will type. Three: use add-to-server if you have Netrcol, or download the PNG and upload it in your server settings.

Yes, Netmoji is completely free to use. Adding an emoji straight to a server needs Netrcol in that server and an account that can manage emojis there, but the editor and every download format are open to anyone.
