The welcome bot built for Fluxer
Looking for a welcome bot for Fluxer? Netrcol greets new members with custom messages, image cards and a private DM on arrival, and says farewell when they leave.
Greet arrivals, and mark departures
Three flows are configured separately: announce a join in a channel, welcome that member privately by DM, and announce a leave. Each can be plain text, a rich embed, or a generated image card.

The embed builder gives you a colour stripe, author text, thumbnail, title, body, extra fields, a large image and a footer, with a live preview beside the editor. Parameters fill themselves in per member: {user}, {username}, {server}, {memberId} and {memberCount}.

The image type generates a banner card built around the member avatar. Set a title, subtitle and badge, choose a background image or colour, and pick accent and text colours to match your server.

Roles come from a separate module, Autorole, meant to be paired with a welcome. It assigns up to twenty roles the moment someone joins, can include bots, and can wait a delay when a verification gate acts first.
Set up AutoroleHow to set it up
Open Dashboard, Welcome and Goodbye, then pick the Join, DM or Leave tab. Choose a message type and write it beside the live preview. Select a channel for Join and Leave, save, and let a test account join.
Follow the setup guideIs Netrcol free?
Yes, and no payment information is ever collected. Every setting is per server, so each community you manage keeps its own welcome configuration.
Read the FAQWhat permissions does a welcome message need?
Send Messages and Embed Links in the welcome channel. Autorole also needs Manage Roles, and the Netrcol role must sit above every role it assigns.
Check permissions and rolesWhat if a member has direct messages turned off?
The DM welcome is skipped for that member and the public message is unaffected. A Join or Leave flow with no channel selected sends nothing, so set one for each flow you enable.
